I am a 30-something mother of 3 who loves to be fit and prepare clean, nutritious meals. Clean meals are meals that taste great, are low in fat and free of preservatives. I am currently studying to become a certified personal trainer through ACE.
I am all about easy, inexpensive and great tasting and strive to do my best to meet those attributes. However, some ingredients may be unusual but I use them because I have come accustomed to eating them over the last year. Clean eating is a lifestyle, not a diet and I strongly believe this.
I also strongly believe that if our bodies are not fighting the preservative laden foods so many of us eat that it can heal itself. I haven’t been sick in a really long time, and I have 3 kids! They bring home lots of viruses from school, I’m sure. Let your body heal itself through clean eating!
