Dinner was late tonight! I loaded my 3 kids in the car at 6pm to hit a Cardio Core class at my gym. We didn’t get home until almost 8. My go-to meal for dinner was Clean Eating minestrone soup (on the cover of this months Clean Eating mag), with a small bit of shaved parm, homemade clean hummus, green pepper & fresh green beans from my kitchen Aerogarden garden. For a drink I had my new flavored mineral water from Whole Foods.
