Chocolate Banana Split Oatmeal
1 serving of quick oats
1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1Tb unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 mashed banana
Strawberry Cheesecake Oatmeal
1 serving of quick oats
10 frozen strawberries mashed with 1 Tb of water. Microwaved 2 minutes, mash up more. Microwave 2 more minutes.
1Tb agave nectar
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal
1 serving of quick oats
2 Tb unsweetened chocolate
1 heaping spoonful plain yogurt
1 extra heaping spoonful of nut butter
1 Tb agave nectar
Power Protein Shake
8 oz water
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp. maca root
1 Tb agave nectar
1 Tb unsweetened chocolate powder
1/2 banana
heaping spoonful of your favorite natural nut butter
6 ice cubes
Strawberry “Syrup”
**can be used with any fruit**
5-6 frozen strawberries
2 Tb water
simmer on stove, mushing strawberries until “syrupy”.
Add 1 Tb agave nectar to sweeten
Bob Marley Oats
1 serving oatmeal
pineapple
cashews
coconut
maple syrup flakes (or maple syrup)
